January 27, 2015, shortly before 2:00 P.M. the Big Bear Sheriff Deputies of the conducted a traffic stop in the
600 block of Wabash Avenue in Sugarloaf. The passenger in the vehicle,
identified as Adam Gray, is known to the deputies to be on active parole. The
driver, identified as Tyler Solis, was found to have an active felony warrant
in connection with a robbery that was committed earlier this month.
During
a search of the vehicle, Patrol Deputies
and Big Bear Sheriff Deputies Multi Enforcement Team located a long
gun and stolen property, including gun holsters from a recent burglary. Gray
and Solis were taken into custody without incident and booked into the Big Bear
Jail.
Suspect
24-year-old Adam Gray was booked on a felony charge of being a parolee in
possession of a firearm, and a misdemeanor charge of possession of stolen
property. Gray remains in custody without the possibility of bail, pending
court procedures. Suspect 20-year-old Tyler Solis was booked on the felony
robbery warrant and a misdemeanor charge of possession of stolen property.
Solis remains in custody, with bail set at $100,000. An arraignment hearing in
this matter took place January 29, 2015 at the San Bernardino County Superior
Court.

Discovered
At
approximately 8:15 A.M. Wednesday January 28, 2015, Big Bear Sheriff Deputies executed a search warrant at a residence
in the 900 block of Anita Avenue in Big Bear City in an effort to recover
stolen property. During the search, deputies located stolen property, including
two flat screen televisions, a computer router, and tools. Deputies also seized
a large quantity of methamphetamine, cash, paraphernalia, and packaging
consistent with sales of narcotics.
Three
subjects, who were at the residence at the time the search warrant was served,
were taken into custody without incident. Cindy Toth was issued a citation for
misdemeanor charges of possession of stolen property and maintaining a drug
house. Toth was released, with a court hearing scheduled for March 31, 2015.
Bailey
Limbourne was booked on a felony charge of being in possession of a controlled
substance for sale, and a misdemeanor charge of possession of stolen property,
with bail set at $60,000.
Maxx
Limbourne was booked on a felony charge of being a felon in possession of
ammunition, and misdemeanor charge of possession of stolen property, with bail
set at $45,000. Suspects Bailey Limbourne and Maxx Limbourne remain in custody,
pending an arraignment hearing set for January 30, 2015 at San Bernardino
County Superior Court.
