Pleasure Point Marina is the oldest continuously operating marina in Big Bear Lake: it was opened in 1914 as Belt�s Landing. Since then it has been owned and operated by several families including Ray Sharp, Roy Rogers and Dale Evans and George and Lani Pivaroff. Over the years it has developed a reputation of a family friendly oriented marina. People have been bringing their friends and families back for over ninety years; the marina is now welcoming third and fourth generation customers.
Pleasure Point Marina, LLC was created in 2003 by three local residents with a goal of keeping the marina as a neighborhood recreation site, rather than see the land converted to condominium development. It is now a membership owned enterprise with a commitment to continue and improve the operation of the Marina as that neighborhood recreation site. A new fleet of rental pontoon boats has been added, 100 new slips have been put in the water, a new retail sales facility / rental office has been built. Pleasure Point Marina is an authorized Landau Boat dealer as well as an authorized Suzuki Sales center and repair facility.

Our plans for the future include building a new office / repair facility and a member�s clubhouse / pavilion at the end of the point where the current maintenance facility is currently located.
