  • Hello, my name is Beverly Colombo, and as owner and operator of Colombo’s Critter Care Pet Sitting & Dog Walking Service, I am excited to bring my services into the Big Bear and Big Bear Lake area. Colombo’s Critter Care is unique; I will come to take care of your pets in the familiar surroundings of their own home while you are out of town. If you are visiting Big Bear Lake to enjoy the summer activities on the lake or to hit the winter slopes, its time for you to enjoy your holiday guilt free; because when “you leave ‘em, I’ll love ‘um.” Notice: Visitors, please check with your lodging agent to confirm that they will allow your pet/pets to remain alone inside your lodging when you are not there.
  • I feel strongly that pet sitting is a wonderful and preferred alternative; so if you are looking for dog kennels or dog boarding in Big Bear Lake, remember some pets find a strange environment filled with other strange animals to be an emotionally upsetting experience. An additional benefit of keeping your pets at home or lodging is that the likelihood of exposure to illness from other animals is greatly reduced.
  • By choosing Colombo’s Critter Care you allow your cherished companion to stay in its own secure, familiar surroundings, with such treasures as their own food and water bowls, toys, and most important their owner’s scent surrounds them! Animals are creatures of habit, and by remaining in their own home they are able to follow their normal eating, medication, play and exercise routines. Such familiarity contributes to the happiness and healthiness of your precious pet.
  • I offer services ranging from mid-day dog walks and potty breaks, to giving Fido his meals with fresh water. Plus I’ll administer medications as required (sorry, no shots). But most important of all, I’ll be there with your baby to enjoy some great companionship and playtime!
  • You can also feel secure as I am certified in CPR and Pet First Aid, Licensed & Bonded.
