Summer season: Walk to the Lake! The BLOCK Hotel at Big Bear is the Worlds First Snowboarder Hotel created by professional snowboarder Marc Frank Montoya and Las Vegas Hotelier Liko S. Smith. THE BLOCK is a modern day renaissance in high altitude accommodations. All of our rooms have one or two king beds and include items like cordless phones, hair dryers, make up mirrors, PlayStation 2’s, free DVD and game rentals, board pegs, boot dryer/glove warmers (winter only), Lovesacs and free wireless Internet access. Other amenities include microwaveable popcorn, Internet terminals, Billiards, free Board waxing room, pool, spa and a 1200 sq ft deck with BBQ space. THE BLOCK is the only place to stay in Big Bear!
