Casa de Oso offers queen beds in two bedrooms and two sets of bunk beds in the third bedroom, providing comfortable sleeping for eight. In addition to the large spa on the back deck, there is a combination game/bumper pool table in the living room to keep the kids (both young and old) entertained. There is a large screen TV (with cable) in the living room with VCR and DVD to view those crucial sporting events and/or special movies. In addition, there is another large screen TV with cable and VCR in the 3rd bedroom (a.k.a. bunk house) for \"the kids\" should their entertainment tastes differ from the adults. The kitchen is spacious with plenty of counter space and all new appliances, including microwave and dishwasher. The dining table seats 8, so your entire group can dine together at one table at the same time. When the weather cooperates, as it typically does, there is an outdoor table, chairs and umbrella to take advantage of Big Bear\'s sunny weather. For the outdoor grilling enthusiast, you\'ll find a Charbroil BBQ on the deck, providing the chef with fresh air and treetop views while the meal is grilled. And if you\'re feeling industrious and don\'t want to trek home with dirty clothes, there is a \"regular-size\" washer and dryer. When you make an Online Booking two or more months in advance, we will charge 50% when the booking is made and the 50% Balance 30 days before your check-in date. 

On Bookings made 30 days or less in advance, the full amount will be charged at the time of booking. 

On Xmas / New Year Holiday Bookings made in advance, 50% will be charged at the time of booking and the 50% balance owed will be charged 60 days before check-in. If the booking is made less than 30 days in advance the full amount will be charged.

The Security Deposit is charged 2-3 days before you check-in and credited back to your credit card within 10 working days.
