This Fawnskin beauty has a lake view, 5 bedrooms, 3 baths and 3 levels. There are two upstairs bedrooms, one has its own fireplace, with one king each. On the mid level is the living room, dining room and kitchen with dishwasher. There is a fireplace in the living room and master bedroom. The lower level has 3 bedrooms with 1 queen 5  singles. Other amenities include a washer and dryer, phone, TV and a player piano in the family room. There is a fantastic view of the lake from the deck

When you make an Online Booking two or more months in advance, we will charge 50% when the booking is made and the 50% Balance 30 days before your check-in date. 

On Bookings made 30 days or less in advance, the full amount will be charged at the time of booking. 

On Xmas / New Year Holiday Bookings made in advance, 50% will be charged at the time of booking and the 50% balance owed will be charged 60 days before check-in. If the booking is made less than 30 days in advance the full amount will be charged.

The Security Deposit is charged 2-3 days before you check-in and credited back to your credit card within 10 working days.
