Enjoy the best of both worlds. With all the seclusion of a cabin in the woods, central to all the local attractions, a perfect Big bear location. Gorgeous newly built large 2 bedrooms, 2 bath with incredible views off of both upper and lower decks. Only minutes away from the ski slopes, golf course, lake and village. Sweet Retreat will allow you to enjoy a very secluded, wooded view in a relaxed environment. In the very comfortable great room, you can read your favorite book in front of the river rock fireplace, or watch TV with cable enjoying the day's latest sporting events (ESPN or Fox Sports), catch up on the day's business news (CNBC or CNN), along with many other channel choices. Better yet, you' ll be glad there's both a DVD and a VCR to enjoy a great movie (there's a Blockbuster in town). Bring your favorite CD's to enjoy good music while relaxing or preparing your favorite meal. In addition, you'll find another TV with cable and VCR in the master bedroom should your entertainment tastes differ from the kids. The kitchen is spacious with plenty of counter space and all new appliances, including microwave and dishwasher. The dining table and breakfast counter both seat 4, so your entire group can dine at the same time. In the summertime, you are able to barbeque burgers or steaks while watching all the busy squirrels and breathing in the fresh mountain air from the upper deck. On one of the many beautiful clear nights, lie back in the lounge chairs and find your favorite constellation. Simply Amazing. The large master bedroom offers a king bed and two extra long double beds are in the large second bedroom, providing comfortable sleeping for six. The downstairs bath will allow you to take that private, relaxing bath you desire. For your convenience, there is also a "regular-size" washer and dryer, should you need to wash or dry yours or the kid's clothing, ski or snowboarding attire. This is a great place to forget your concerns, have fun and enjoy spending time with your family and friends.

When you make an Online Booking two or more months in advance, we will charge 50% when the booking is made and the 50% Balance 30 days before your check-in date. 

On Bookings made 30 days or less in advance, the full amount will be charged at the time of booking. 

On Xmas / New Year Holiday Bookings made in advance, 50% will be charged at the time of booking and the 50% balance owed will be charged 60 days before check-in. If the booking is made less than 30 days in advance the full amount will be charged.

The Security Deposit is charged 2-3 days before you check-in and credited back to your credit card within 10 working days.
