5-bedrooms, all with 32" HDTV's, 4 bathrooms - includes a separate 1-Bedroom, 1 Bath Guesthouse. This bavarian style cabin has lots of room for your family and is located on a quiet street on a corner lot. The property has a view of the Bear Mountain Ski/Snowboard area and is just a 3-minute drive from the resort. You can sled in the side yard and there is more sledding down the block!



The main home has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms; the home has all the amenities including Living Room with a fireplace, 42" HDTV, wet-Bar, dining area, a large kitchen.



The Guesthouse located accross the deck has a 2nd Living Room with a Stove Fireplace, HDTV, kitchen, Dining area, Bedroom with HDTV, Bathroom and great view of the Slopes.



There is an enclosed outdoor Spa on the back deck with lights and heater. The almost wrap around deck has a natural gas barbecue. Mud room for your skis, snowboards and boots.

This home has a strict No-party policy!

CHARGES: On Bookings that are made 2 or more months in advance, we will charge 50% of the subtotal (not incl. the refundable Security Deposit - charged 2-3 days before your check-in date) at the time of your booking, and the balance 30 days before your check-in date - 60 days before during Holidays periods.

Sheets & Towels are included in your rate.



There is a 3-night minimum on weekends during the January and February Ski Season.

Thanksgiving - 4-night minimum

Holidays -Xmas - 5-night minimum.

New Year Holiday - 5-night minimum.
