LAYOUT of the HOME: Downstairs: There is a Living Room with soaring ceilings and a stone fireplace – dining room area with a table and 6 chairs – a bar type kitchen with 4 barstools – 2 bedrooms – 1 full bath – one ½ bath – laundry room – entry hall/ mud room. Upstairs is the loft with daybed plus the master bedroom and 1 bathroom. All new stainless steel kitchen appliances, and new furniture.

Situated on a quiet street in the Summit Estates, an upscale neighborhood near the Snow Summit Ski Resort. Skiers in good shape can walk to the lifts or just hop on the shuttle at the corner. CHARGES: On Bookings that are made 2 or more months in advance, we will charge 50% of the subtotal (not incl. Security Deposit - charged 2-3 days before your check-in date) at the time of your booking, and the balance 30 days before your check-in date - 60 days before during Holidays periods.



Professionally cleaned. Professionally cleaned Bed linens & towel Service available. Linen Service is included on stays of 4 or more nights. Arrangements for the Linen Service are done after your booking is made.
