Stay at the Waters Edge Estate on Big Bear Lake and step back in time. Hidden by a stone wall; this large Lakefront Estate was once owned by the great Hollywood director Cecil B. DeMille. It has all the glamour and old world charm of the era when Hollywood made this area their second home. One of the most beautiful properties on Big Bear Lake!

The home has the largest lot on the lake with magnificent park-like grounds; a rolling green lawn slopes down to the lake with your own private boat dock. This area of Big Bear Lake is especially beautiful because of the large trees and unless you have a lakefront home there is no public access to the lake. This property is valued at over 2 million dollars. Large Families - you can rent this home and the beautiful Lakefront home next door.
The property was recently a location for the Warner Bros. webisode called "The Lake". Epsidoes will run between seven and ten minutes it length, with WB ordering a first cycle of 12 episodes. Jason Priestley is the director.

The home is 2-story with a large Living Room, Dining Room, T.V. Room, Sun Room, Kitchen, and laundry area. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms. There is one bedroom downstairs and 3 Bedrooms upstairs. The incredible view from Sunroom invites you to just sit and stare, or you can play a little Fooz-ball. There is a large screen T.V. in the T.V. room adjacent to the Sunroom.

CHARGES: On Bookings that are made 2 or more months in advance, we will charge 50% of the subtotal (not incl. Security Deposit - charged 2-3 days before your check-in date) at the time of your booking, and the balance 30 days before your check-in date - 60 days before during Holidays periods.

Home is professionally cleaned and Linen Service is available, (L.S. included on stays of 4 or more nights).
