Downstairs are 2 large bedrooms (one has a King Bed + a Full/Twin Bunk Bed and the other has a Full/Twin Bunk and a Twin Bunk Bed), a bathroom, a Den or family room, and a washer/dryer. The large downstairs bedroom has sliding glass doors - from your bed you will feel like your bedroom is over the water. The view from all the bedrooms and common areas is spectacular.
