Its official! – after all the delays over the last three months, the sale of Snow Summit & Bear Mountain Resort to Mammoth Mountain closed on February 27, 2015.
Richard Kun, the president of the Snow Summit Ski Corporation on behalf of the Board of Directors thanked the shareholders for their support throughout the almost 65 years of operations.
