The annual high school Speech Trek Speech Contest
sponsored by the American Association of University Women (AAUW) Big Bear
Valley, has changed its contest date. The new contest date
is Thursday, March 24th at 6:00 P.M.,
to be at Performing Arts in Hofert Hall. COVID safety protocols, in place at the time, will be
followed.
If conditions do not permit an in-person contest at the
new date, then the contest will be held virtually on the same date (March
24, 2022).

The application deadline has also been extended.
Interested high school students must apply no later
than Friday, February 18, 2022. To apply or for questions, please
