Big Bear Lake Village Business Association Hosts the Village Summer Wine Walk hosts its Annual Summer again in Big Bear Lake, California. 

The 2019 Village Merchant-organized Event showcases fine wines from around the world for the Saturday afternoon of Wine Tasting, while browsing the unique shops, boutiques and restaurants. This year the VBA welcomes selections from: Classic Wines of California, Wildwood Oak Winery and many others.



The Guest Registration, located at the Christmas Tree Lot, southwest corner of Village Drive and Pine Knot Avenue, will be open at 11:00 A.M. Wine Walk ticketholders will receive a map of participating businesses, a commemorative wine glass, 12 wine tasting tickets and a wristband at check-in. A portion of the proceeds to be donated to Big Bear Valley Education Trust, Christmas in the Village, 2019 Fourth of July fireworks and numerous other events for the community.

 

“The Wine Walk has grown into a fabulous event that we designed to feature merchants in the Village of Big Bear Lake, while benefiting all the businesses and organizations in the Big Bear Valley,” said Wendy Badger, event coordinator of the 2019 Summer Wine Walk. Saturday will be a great opportunity to taste a variety of wines you might not have a chance to taste.”  

 

Presale tickets for the Village Summer Wine Walk cost $35 when purchased by May 27th.  The tickets went on sale May 28th. Tickets can be purchased online at www.villagewinewalk.com  

The Wine Walk will begin at 3:30 P.M. and close by 7:00 P.M.  Wine Walkers must be at least 21 years of age.  

 

The Village Business Association is also offering a VIP ticket for $10.00 additional.  VIP Ticket holders will receive free pick up and drop off to and from the wine walk from your location within the Big Bear Valley, expedited VIP check-in and a wine yolk to hold your glass.  Free rides home are offered to all that attend. 

The VBA is anticipating a sell-out event of 1400 participants to enjoy an afternoon of great wines, wonderful hors d'oeuvres, music, mountain air and lake views.
