in the Mountains program, in Live–Concert to Tribute to Doobie Brothers
by China Grove will take center stage
Saturday evening July 22nd.
Music
in the Mountains proceeds will continue to benefit the Mountains Foundation’s six powerful programs that focus on conservation,
recreation, and education programs; many benefitting the Big Bear Valley. In addition to Big Bear Vacations, returning
and new sponsors include Gresham Savage Nolan & Tilden, Big Bear Visitors
Bureau, Mitsubishi Cement Company, California Land Management/Mountaintop Recreation,
First Mountain Bank, The Lodge at Big Bear Lake, KOLA FM 99.9, KBHR 93.3, Bear
Valley Printing, Lagonita Lodge and YMCA Camp Whittle.

$48, general admission $37; teen tickets (13-17) are available at $38 premium,
$27 general admission.
Children
12 and under are free.
On-site parking is sold separately at $20 each vehicle.

Big Bear Discovery Center, open Thursday-Monday, 9am to 4pm
Big Bear Visitors Center, 630 Bartlett Road, Big Bear Lake; open 7
days 9am to 5pm
Big Bear Vacations, 41693 Big Bear Boulevard, Big Bear Lake, open 7
days; 9am to 4pm.
All ticket options, parking and season
passes are available at these locations.
In addition, a locals’ discount for local full-time residents, active
and retired military, first responders- fire and police, and Mountains
Foundation volunteers is available at $30 adult general admission for all six
concerts with proof of ID. An online option is not available for this
discount.
Members of the nonprofit Southern
California Mountains Foundation will have early access from Noon to 3pm to
reserve their seats prior to the gates officially opening at 5pm, for all
concert dates.
A special $20 Music in
the Mountains concert membership is available at the time of ticket purchase;
one per family is required to enter early.
Free parking will be available in
the Meadows Edge picnic area parking lot; located ¼ mile west of the Discovery
Center entrance. A free shuttle will run
from 5:00pm to 10:00pm.
Handicap parking will be available at
the Discovery Center to a limited number of cars on a first-come basis at no
charge with state-approved placard or license plate on vehicle; thereafter,
additional handicap parking will be available at $20 each vehicle subject to
availability.
Mountain Transit Big
Bear Trolley
will serve the Discovery Center on concert Saturdays from 5 convenient Valley
locations with an hourly schedule beginning at 4:58pm to 9:20pm. In addition to a flexible schedule, this
convenient service offers drop off at the ticket gate and allows beach chairs on
board. Passes may be purchased from the driver for $5 with exact cash; good for
the entire weekend. Schedule is
