Bear Station, three Sheriff Explorers
were sworn-in to the local big Bear Sheriff
Explorers Team, Monday, May 6, 2019.
Captain Mitch Dattilo and the Sheriff
Department in Big Bear Lake are proud to
welcome Alexis Berg, Zachary Hastings, and Kaillou Moon as their newest
volunteer members.
The Sheriff Explorer Team is now comprised
of six volunteers, four deputy coordinators, and one sergeant coordinator.
Those interested in the training program are
welcome to attend a Sheriff Explorer meeting and be ages 14-20½ years old and
at the time, complete a preliminary application. The Sheriff Explorer Meetings are held
bi-weekly at 6:00 P.M., at the Big Bear Lake location; the next scheduled
meeting will be Monday, June 3rd at 6:00 P.M.
