SERVICE
Not Self
Again this year the American Legion Post #584, Big Bear Lake served local Veterans and families with Thanksgiving
food baskets. Students in Teacher Sue Reynolds class at Bear
Valley High School, held a Food Drive
that gleaned a variety of canned goods, fresh vegetables, pies, breads, etc for
plentiful holiday dinner. The Students delivered a pick-up load of foods to
fill the baskets, to the Legion Lodge at 41606 Big
Bear Boulevard. Bear Valley Electric supplied the turkeys to complete the baskets.
