A Must See Documentary

especially for the Community of Big Bear Valley

The CAVE in the Village of Big Bear Lake

What if... You could TRANSFORM Alzheimer’s Disease? What if you could help someone buried Alive Inside the prison of this devastating disease, simply by playing MUSIC?

Witness a Breakthrough, Monday, May 4 at 7:00 P.M., The Cave in the Village of Big Bear Lake hosts Alive Inside, a documentary chronicling music’s power to break through the barriers of dementia and restore the human spirit within.

Admission is $$ FREE.

Sundance Film Festival Award Winner - Three years in the making,  Alive Inside follows caregivers as they present music to Alzheimer's and Dementia sufferers. We witness an immediate transformation –– the music becomes a shining beacon guiding the way through dark tunnels of scattered memory and back into the light.

Why is this important? We are all getting older, and the effects of dementia within our families and community elicits a fear that ‘someday this could be me.’ Alive Inside gives us real hope –– for ourselves and others.

In Big Bear Valley there are dementia sufferers who could benefit from a program based on the successes of Alive Inside right now. See the miracles uncovered in this documentary, and ask whether we can perhaps do the same for sufferers in the BIG BEAR VALLEY.

The Masons (Big Bear Masonic Lodge) are hoping to enlighten the community and enlist everyone to make a difference in the lives of those who have been taken from us too soon. This is NOT a Masonic project. It is a project for our seniors and it needs everyone’s help.
