ATTENTION Interstates 10 and 15 Motorists

California Department of Transportation District 8, gave notice Wednesday October 25^th that multiple crews will be deployed for a Swarm Maintenance operations on the connector between eastbound Interstate 10 (I-10) and northbound and southbound Interstate 15 (I-15). 

The work will take place Saturday October 28^th, early mornings beginning at 6:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M.  

Swarm Maintenance involves several simultaneous operations, such as sweeping, weed abatement, debris removal, striping, and clearing vegetation to reduce fire risk. 

Motorists may experience delays and should follow directions of signs if/when  traffic is diverted.

Motorists are advised to plan ahead, add extra time to their commute, and consider alternate routes to avoid the work zone.
