The California Highway Patrol (CHP) held a graduation ceremony to recognize five Canines and their handlers Friday December 18, 2015, at the CHP Headquarters in Sacramento. The December event was the second Canine Graduation of 2015 for the dogs that have been trained in criminal apprehension and the detection of narcotics. The five Graduates and their CHP Officers,  Handlers completed eleven weeks of intensive training at the California Highway Patrol Academy. The CHP Canine Officers represent five different geographical regions, statewide.

The California Highway Patrol Headquarters is located in Sacramento, California at 601 North 7th Street.
