Two Suspects Still At-large

           







Monday, January 8, 2018, at approximately 10:20 P.M., Hesperia Police Deputies responded to the 16900 block of Main Street, following the report of an armed robbery. The victim was in a parking lot near the location when he was approached and robbed at gunpoint. The suspects were described as two Hispanic males and one Hispanic female.          



After the robbery occurred, the victim was able to follow the suspect vehicle and provide Hesperia Sheriff’s Dispatch with an updated location of the vehicle. The suspects abandoned the vehicle and fled on foot. Deputies with the assistance of San Bernardino County Sheriff Aviation – 40 King Heli, were able to set up a perimeter. Later Horacio Campos was located hiding near a residence in the 8800 block of Tangerine Avenue, in Hesperia. At the time of this notice (5:00 P.M.) the other suspects remain outstanding.  







Campos was found to be a parolee-at-large and was booked into the High Desert Detention Center for robbery; he remains in custody.

The Armed Robbery Investigation is ongoing; Hesperia Detectives continue to attempt to identify the other two suspects involved.
