18th Annual Awards for Community Service 
Salute to Six Valley Citizens
The
Rotary
Club of Big Bear Lake will host the 2015 Eagle of
Excellence Community Service Awards Ceremony and Dinner on
Sunday evening, June 7th at the Bear Cave Event Center.
The
awards ceremony and dinner is in celebration and dedication to the citizens in
the community who have each exhibited a high caliber of professionalism,
enthusiasm, work ethic and commitment to service, not only in their vocational
field, but also in how they’ve demonstrated excellence in the personal giving
of time, energy and influence on others within the Big Bear Valley community.
Since
the Rotary
Club of Big Bear Lake began this program in 1998, more than ninety-one
individuals, mostly non-Rotarians, have been honored with Eagle of Excellence Awards. The Award
includes a distinctive pin and commemorative trophy. The 2015 Honorees include a distinguished
group of Big Bear Valley residents from a variety of professions.
Eagle of Excellence Award Honorees are: Renee Wagner, Paul Senft, Ed Wallace, Robbie Bos, Simeon and Dana
Prophet.
The
Eagle of Excellence Awards Black
Tie Dinner begins with a 5:00 P.M. Social hour and Dinner to be served at 6:00
P.M. Introductions and the ceremony will
feature a presentation, highlighting the accomplishments, careers and family of
each Award Recipient. The Rotary
Club of Big Bear Lake will also introduce its 2015 Annual Rotary
Scholarship winners to those in attendance. The special event will be the Bear
Cave Event Center located at 40210 Big Bear Boulevard in Big Bear Lake.
