Help
to ID and Find SUSPECTS
|
Wednesday January 20th, the Big Bear Sheriff
received a report of counterfeit $20 bills being passed at K-Mart and CVS in
Big Bear Lake. It was reported that two days prior, an unidentified male and
female purchased a $100 reloadable credit card, from K-Mart and then purchased
an additional $300 worth of credit on the reloadable card at CVS using the
counterfeit bills. The counterfeit bills were not immediately identified ...to
be phony, but were later determined
to be fake bills, when the cash registers were being processed.
The male and female suspects were captured on video
surveillance. The suspects were reported to be driving a newer dark grey Audi A-3,
with paper license plates.
Anyone having information as to the
identity of the male and/or female suspects shown in the attached picture is
requested to contact the Detective Bureau of the Big Bear Sheriff's Station at (909)
