Notes:
Wednesday afternoon went to follow-up on the Waynoka Incident. Spoke to several neighbors who heard the
explosion, loud enough thought it could’ve been a bomb. Neighbors told of the fire engulfing the
house immediately, that no one could try to rescue anyone on the inside. There
were no occupants in the house to the north, although it was scorched by the fire.
By the time Fire Fighters arrived flames had taken over the entire structure.
