Candidate for the Bear
Valley Community Healthcare District Board of Directors, Joseph Kelly currently
is a Big Bear Airport Board Director. Director Kelly is the Chair of the
Finance Committee and the Revenue/Lease Committee. Kelly feels with his knowledge
and experience, as a Director he can encourage a more
transparent, responsive and accessible hospital board.
Kelly was born
and raised in Southern California. A photographer since his teens, he was a Hollywood
cameraman, editor, writer and producer. At age 17, Joseph Kelly became a
pilot, ultimately gaining his commercial license and flight instructor’s in
helicopters. He also majored in physics
and minored in microbiology.
Kelly is retired with experience in several fields, including
his current license with real estate for thirty-two years. He has conducted
medical missions in the Philippines, where he met his wife Stephanie.

am a strong advocate for the Constitution and our rights in the unique American
form of government. Each agency in our valley belongs to us, the People. We
have a duty to be involved in our government of the people, by the people and
for the people”, comments Joseph Kelly.
