CITY of Big Bear Lake wishes  Everyone a Safe and Enjoyable Independence Holiday Weekend


  The Annual Rotary Club of Big Bear Lake Fireworks Show will start between 9:00-9:15 P.M.

To & From the Fireworks

 

No left turns will be allowed. The only exception will be at Big Bear Boulevard and Georgia Street, which is an intersection that is controlled by a traffic light. 

 Starting at approximately 9:00 P.M., the following intersections will be controlled by law enforcement officials:

• Big Bear Boulevard @ Knickerbocker 


• Big Bear Boulevard @ Pine Knot 


• Big Bear Boulevard @ Paine 


• State Route 18 @ State Route 38 (Big Bear Dam)  


• North Shore (State Route 38) @ Stanfield Cutoff  


• North Shore (State Route 38) @ Division  


• Division @ Big Bear Boulevard (State Route 18) 


• Stanfield Cutoff @ Big Bear Boulevard (State Route 18)

 Vehicles parked at the East Boat Ramp, West Boat Ramp, and Pine Knot Marina will not be permitted to leave those areas for approximately one hour following the conclusion of the fireworks display.

 The total number of people expected to visit the Big Bear Valley on July 4 is between 140,000 - 160,000. Motorists are requested to be patient and courteous as Big Bear Sheriff Deputies and California Highway Patrol officers work to move traffic in an efficient and orderly fashion.
