“In response to the rapid spread and destructive potential of the Blue Cut Fire, the Governor has declared a State of Emergency.  We will continue to work to ensure that all available resources are used to contain this devastating fire as quickly as possible.  

Our firefighters and public safety officers are working around the clock to make sure that our communities stay safe. I ask that we all stand together to support and pray for our fire crews who are on the front lines risking their lives to protect our homes, neighbors and loved ones. My thoughts and prayers are with everyone who has been affected by this tragedy.”
