Saturday October 7th & Sunday October 8th

California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) District 8 (San Bernardino)

will deploy multiple crews for a swarm maintenance operation next weekend, Saturday October 7 and Sunday October 8.

In order to complete this important work, the westbound State Route 210 (SR-210) to the north and southbound Interstate 15 (I-15) connector will be closed between 6:00 A.M. and 1:30 P.M.

Swarm maintenance involves several operations, such as chip sealing (applying a protective pavement sealant) and landscape work that will be performed simultaneously.  Motorists should expect delays and follow signs if traffic is diverted.
