Senator Rosilicie Ochoa Bogh 23rd District, “With the recent
storms hitting our region, I want to provide you with locations to find
important information for the Big Bear Valley communities. My office has
been communicating with local agencies working to clear the roadways.
Please monitor the social media pages and websites provided below for road
conditions, as they may change to allow for public use. My office
has been hearing concerns from your community.
Assemblyman Tom Lackey and I have asked Governor Newsom to declare
a State of Emergency to provide additional resources to help local agencies respond
to these needs. Certain thresholds must be met for the Governor to declare a
State of Emergency. I have informed the Governor that the storms hitting the
San Bernardino Mountains have created serious and pressing issues that need
additional State assistance.”
