Man Found Deceased
at Fontana Recyclables Processing Center
San Bernardino County Sheriff and Deputies of the Fontana
Station, Tuesday, November
16, 2021, were dispatched to the Burrtec West Valley Transfer Center in
reference to a deceased male located by employees. Upon arrival, the deputies
found 32-year-old Jose Guerra deceased on a conveyor belt inside the facility.
San Bernardino County Sheriff Specialized
Investigation Division responded
to the scene and currently conducting an investigation. At this time, it is
believed Guerra arrived at the facility on a trash truck. The investigation
into the cause and manner of his death is ongoing.
