County Sheriff Detectives - Specialized Investigations
Division, Homicide Detail is asking for the public’s help in identifying
the suspect(s) responsible for the death of a young male. In a shooting that happened at a house party held Friday in Highland at least one
male was shot and a young female was injured.
Detectives need help….
UPDATE: Monday, March 18th the deceased
victim has been identified as Jacob Vargas. The 22-year-old male, a resident of San Bernardino was transported
to local area hospital where he was pronounced dead. The 16-year-old female a resident of Rialto
was treated and released from hospital with a graze wound.
Sheriff Detectives are
asking for assistance in identifying the suspect(s) involved in this
shooting. Anyone who was at the party and left prior to the deputies’
arrival is asked to contact the Specialized
