In support of public health measures amid Covid-19, the City of
Big Bear Lake Department of Water is limiting lobby access and suspending
indoor water audits beginning Monday March 16th.
The
lobby will be closed for payment, but open for urgent questions, until further
notice. Customers are also encouraged to submit questions by phone at
(909)866-5050 or by email to DWPCustomerService@BBLDWP.com
Payment
options include:
1.The
drop box on the south side of the building (no cash payments)
Correction - Our apologies; We DO allow cash payments
at the drop box, however, we request the payment be exact change.
Overpayments will be applied as a credit on the account.
